Music is very important in our church. When we sing in worship we are praying! Using a variety of music styles enhances the spiritual experience of each person. God speaks to us through tried and true traditional hymns, chant, songs from other cultures as well as the anthems our choir sings. We love to sing and make music to honor God.
The Adult Choir is a volunteer group that sings mainly three/four-part choral music of many styles. This group is open to all singers and rehearses on Sunday morning before the worship service. The group provides an anthem each week as well as support for congregational singing at services from mid-September to mid-June. The Adult Choir also provides music for special services during the church year along with an occasional choral concert.
